Take 30 minutes today to:

Melt stuff in your oven

creative challenge scrappy-dots

My 30 Day Creative Challenge is designed to boost your creativity, get your hands moving and make your brain happy! I challenge you to set aside just 30 minutes (or less!) per day, every day in November to make something, to form creativity as one of your daily habits.

For more info about the Challenge, why you should join in and how to do it, check out the main 30 Day Creative Challenge post.

Remember, you can join in with todays prompt, or work on your own project, it can be whatever you like! Just remember to post a photo and tag it with #makers30days on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook! Have a look at what everyone else has going on, like and comment on pics to encourage the community =)

This is not one for anyone adverse to smells (though I don’t think it’s as stinky as the nail polish projects!). Make sure you have your windows and doors open, and don’t burn anything! You can use the dots to embellish photos (like in a previous project), or for anything you like. We’ll use them for a project coming up too!

You will need

✚ Plastic Beads (pony beads or similar form the dollar store)

✚ Oven

✚ Baking Tray, Baking Paper

What to do

Step one ⋙ Line your tray with baking paper and place beads evenly on the tray

Step two ⋙ Pop in the oven on a low heat, until the beads have melted into shiny domes (no donuts! and watch them carefully so you don’t burn them or cause any fires!)

Step three ⋙ Remove the tray and place somewhere safe to cool
