Make a stencil artwork on fabric
My 30 Day Creative Challenge is designed to boost your creativity, get your hands moving and make your brain happy! I challenge you to set aside just 30 minutes (or less!) per day, every day in November to make something, to form creativity as one of your daily habits.

CREATIVE CHALLENGE – DAY TWENTY FOUR
Another fun and simple project, I love the idea of stencilling onto textured fabric to give the piece a bit of visual interest! You can use a pre-made stencil, or contact paper, or I used a piece of acetate (like you use for overhead projectors).
You will need
✚ Stencil material
✚ Paint & Brush
✚ Empty Frame
What to do
Step one ⋙ Measure your piece of fabric to fit onto the backing of the frame
Step two ⋙ Draw and cut out your stencil, place onto fabric (tape in place if you want to)
Step three ⋙ Dab paint onto fabric through stencil
Step four ⋙ Leave to dry, then tape the fabric to back of frame and put frame back together, leaving the glass off
