This week’s DIY blog is dedicated to pint sized fun! We have rounded up a collection of DIY project ideas to keep the kids entertained.  These would make fabulous gifts for birthday parties as well.

Turning it home has a fantastic tutorial for creating a skipping rope.  We love this modern take on a nostalgic favourite. It costs around $10 to make, and looks even better than store bought ones. Give it a go.

This next DIY project idea is from Jones Design Company with a great tutorial on making your own coloured blocks using watercolours.  This would make a thoughtful 1st birthday party gift or for a new baby. All made lovingly by you.

Finally a DIY paper mache teacup set courtesy of  Ann Wood Handmade.  This comes with a great downloadable pattern and easy to follow instructions. There is no limit to your design options, we love it.
