Today on #MakersTV I talk about the Makers Audit Tool, a handy little online thing I made to help you pin-point where you are in business, uncover what you’ve been missing and help you discover the exact area of focus that’s right for YOU, right now.

What happens when you don’t know what you should be focusing on? No matter what I teach you and no matter how you follow these things but it’s not what you should be focusing on then it’s not going to move your business forward.

So the first step is knowing what you should be focusing on. There’s so much to do and you can get really wrapped up in following the latest strategies and other things instead of focusing on what is more fundamental to your business. But how do you know what you should be focusing on in your business? There are business exercises that can get really confusing and difficult to do so you really need to do an assessment to determine what your weaknesses and strengths are.

The most common concern that I see that people want to learn about is how to be  a hundred percent confident that they are working on the right thing at the right time. So what I’ve done is I created the Makers Audit Tool on the Makers Academy which helps you pinpoint exactly where you are in your business. It also identifies your true strengths and weaknesses so you can optimize those strengths and double down on them to make sure your getting your bang for your buck and identify what you need to work on in your business. It puts in a logical order of what you need to work on because there really is a priority grade when it comes to what you should focus on first rather than jumping straight into a non-priority for your business at the moment.

The Makers Audit Tool is now available and you just go through a series of questions, answering what you are confident in, and it assesses all your answers by telling you what your priority should be. It will then send an email to you and provide suggestions on what you need to do in order for you to improve.

I hope this is a tool that can help you specifically figure out where you are in your business and guide you. Utilize this tool because it’s completely free and receive the suggestions I have for you on how to move your business forward. Just pop in your email in order for you to get the results sent to you.

Also, these are the three levels that my business has to offer:

  1. You haven’t yet started and you are still exploring how to make your business into a reality
  2. You have already started but there is no consistent and stable income yet
  3. You are getting consistent sales but it is overwhelming and you want to scale the business but you do not have the time to do so.

If you belong to any of these levels, the Makers Audit Tool can help identify what you should be working on and get you to where you want to be.

Sometimes, even when we are doing all the right things, it can feel like we’re spinning our wheels and not moving forward at all. This could be because you’re focusing on the wrong area of your business – or doing all the right things, but at the wrong time.
