Orders and Payment
By placing an order or purchasing a membership with The Makers’ Collective through this site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
A contract between you, the user and The Makers’ Collective for the sale of memberships, printables and/or other product will only exist once an order has been accepted, paid for, processed and downloaded.
The Makers Collective Memberships are charged monthly to your nominated credit card or through PayPal. If a payment is skipped, your membership will be cancelled until payments resume.
You, the user, agree to pay the purchase price specified on the website at the time that you place your order for the purchase of a Product.
All amounts are stated in Australian dollars. All purchase prices include Australian GST (where applicable).
The Makers’ Collective accepts online payment in a secure environment. The price and availability of our products is subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the digital products that we offer, we are unable to offer refunds once you have purchased or downloaded our products. We are in the business of maintaining relationships however, and want to maintain yours, so if you are dissatisfied with any element of this site or our products, please contact us via email to discuss further.
If you have booked a workshop ticket, please note that these are non-refundable but are transferrable to another person, or another date for a fee of $25. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who do not attend on event day. Refunds will be issued in full to all ticket holders should a scheduled event be cancelled or postponed.
